Legal Question in Traffic Law in Louisiana

Today, like around two o clock, an incident happened at first, I change lane, put my signal on and continued driving, a woman switched lanes, and consequently I almost hit her, do to the fact, that she jumped in front of me, I continued driving, incidents like this happen all the time, they have crazy people driving these days. I had to put gas and stopped at a gas station, and this crazy lady comes from the side, and told me I am a police officer, you used improper lane change, and I am on the phone with my supervisor right now she is coming to get you don't go anywhere, you are getting a citation, that women at no time asked me for license and registration, neither show a badge. I told the lady, that I didn't commit any crime, because I switched lane in a proper manner, she insisted you are not going anywhere, I then ignored her, because the whole cop thing, was very estrange....and continue to pumped gas, at this point, I was under the impression that she was just a crazy lady having a bad day, but then she started following me,she followed me like a block with no particular reason, should I be concern about that? and if she was a cop why she didn't show a badge? or pull me over like a regular cop?

Her behavior is very strange. She would have arrested you then and there if you left aftershe orderedyou to stay. She would have shown a badge also.
