Legal Question in Traffic Law in Louisiana
if you have a unpaid parking ticket in Louisiana that is over 20 years old and you try to get a drivers licens what is going to happen?

It depends on where you are trying to get the license....and whether you qualify to get the license. Since I am guessing you live in another state, I cannot tell you the answer since I am in Louisiana.......but in Louisiana, I doubt if a parking ticket will pop up on your record.
