Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Louisiana

My 2 sisters and I inherited some land in Louisiana. We each got 1/3 of an undivided interest in the land. We decided we were going to try and sell it about 3 yrs. ago. I have tried 4 times in the past 3 yrs. but one of my sisters has been very uncooperative. We were asking $2000/acre and she doesn't want to take one penny less. We had an offer of $1850/acre.

About a year ago I had to quit working due to a disability and now I only get a very small disability check that isn't paying my bills. I need to sell the land to get out of debt. I wanted to divide the land so I could sell my portion but my sister keeps saying I can't. Is there anything I can do without hiring an attorney because then that would eat up all the money. Thank You. Mary

Unfortunately, the only way to resolve this problem would be a legal action to force a public sale of the property, and that would require an attorney.
