12 years ago my husband died and at the time of his death he had an annuity the annuity was left to myself and my children. So I became tutrix of my childrens annuity.8 years ago i re married and myself and my husband bought a home that had no association with my husband that passed. Today we are selling the home and the title company is tellin us that I have to do a release of tutrix. Is this nessessary even though this has nothing to do with my husband that passed away. Why should this be an issue if myself and my currant husband bought the property?

You shouldn't need a release as this is a different community. You may needto submit copies of the succession to show that property was purchased after the succession was completed.
