Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Louisiana

Agent in service in Louisiana

Can an agent in service in Louisiana sign documents on behalf of an out-of-state Administrator for a Louisiana succession?

Am thinking of acting as an out-of-state Administrator, but want the flexibility of having a local agent (my brother) in Louisiana to sign documents and carry out the affairs of the estate in certain instances for logistical reasons.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

No, but you could give your brother power of attorney to act on your behalf.
