Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Louisiana

Does an alternate legatee who was just a friend of the deceased have legal standing to contest the will? The alternate legatee did not recieve any assets since the primary legatee survived the deceased. The alternate legatee was not mentioned in any prior wills.

A person cannot challenge the validity of a will unless he would benefit by the will being declared invalid.
