Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Louisiana

Is there a way to argue against the validity of a Will which was composed in Louisiana in 2003, if it was signed in the presence of witnesses and a notary, especially if there exists a way to dispute the sound mindness of the testator? The Will has already been filed in the Court.

Yes, you can dispute the validity of the will. One of the possible grounds would be incapacity of the decedent.
