Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Louisiana

I am the beneficiary in a New Orleans, LA filed will. In the will I was left a lamp by my uncle who recently passed away. He promised me he'd leave me money during numerous conversations we had together during his life. I am one of two remaining relatives. If the will was composed in 2003, is there any way I can dispute the fact that I wasn't left any money? What would I have to prove or say in order to say the will was not written when he was of sound mind because he was an alcoholic? I never saw a copy of it when it was written in 2003 therefore I didn't know to dispute it.
