Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Louisiana
I have a boat i received from my father he sold to my brother for 2000 my brother paid all but 1000 i paid 400 i have had the boat for 4 years my father gave me the boat for service of doing repair an installations. But my father got sick before i got the title. he became gravely ill . they married in hospital he never came out of hospital. so i never got the title. i still have boat he died in December of last year my question i guess by marring her the will he had was null an void he lived in Mississippi we live in Louisiana he died in Louisiana. is there a way i can claim the boat i have as mine

Unless he made a new will the old will is still valid. Your brother can attest to the fact that you purchased portion of the boat.
