Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Louisiana
My boyfriend was on probation for misdemeanor theft and he was only on probation for about a month and he was arrested for 2 felony thefts and simple burglary. He violated his probation and I was wondering what is going to happen to him?

He may be revoked and have to serve the 6 months. However, the new charges could put him in jail for a much longer time.
