challenge the will
When my ex-husband died his will disinherited one daughter. The case is still in court since January and pending on the sale of the property. Can a challenge of the will be placed in court or is there a time limit. Some new evidence came up.

The time limit for challenging the validity of a will is five years from the date it was probated.
