Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Louisiana

Can we change attorneys from the one that made the will if he put his name down as the only one that could probate the will? The will was done in Louisiana.

Yes. The designation of an attorney to handle a succession is not binding. The choice of an attorney is usually made by the executor named in the will.
