Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Louisiana
My Dad died 4 months ago. He had a living will,which I witnessed. Also,I know he had a last will and testament which my stepmother refuses to release any infomation about. I need to know what his will contains for my own sake! Since she will not give me any details,I need to find a way to get a copy without her knowledge.What can I do legally? Please help!!!

You just need to file a succession and have the court order a search for the will.
