Deceased parents

Both of my parents r deceased. My mom passed away one month ago. Its just my sister and i left. My parents were married only once and to each other. They didnt have a will. We have a deceased brother and i would like to know if his kids would have to come into my parents estate? thanks for any help

Your brother's children inherit his portion of the estates.
