Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Louisiana

If I am a definite forced heir due to handicap, does a will that excludes me in Louisiana become invalid or change to include me? If there is real property my brother "bought" from my father before his death but it was not a bone fide sale, can I contest that transfer of property and have a chance of getting what should have been my share? How far before the date of my father's death can I go back legally and contest property transfer?

If you are a legal forced heir, a will that excludes you is not invalid, but you are entitled to your forced portion of your father's estate. If the sale was not valid, perhaps you can get the sale annulled.
