Estate Succession

Our father 30 years ago leaving our Mom with four minor children and adult step-children. Our parents purchased a house ten years before our father passed (the step children were also adults at the time they purchased the house). Now Mom has passed--who are the heirs to the house? Both parents passed without written wills

Re: Estate Succession

The children will inherit the property. The stepchildren will inherit only from their natural parent (not the stepparent), so they will receive a smaller portion.
