Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Louisiana

I am the executor of my mother's estate. She had eight kids in all. Six of us are still living. Two of my sibilings are willing to give me all of their interest in our mother's house, since I lived their and took care of her until her death. How can I gain total owner ship to the house? What are my rights to the house?

Your siblings can donate their interest to you. However, if the 2 siblings that are deceased had children, those children are entitled to share in their parent's interest in the succession. You did not mention if the deceased siblings had children.
