Facts: in Louisiana, 4 siblings inherit property from divorced mother. They are put in possession of their shares. Soon after, one sibling dies with no will, spouse, or heirs. The siblings' father is still living. What happens to the dead sibling's share?

Surviving siblings inherit deceased sibling's ownership of his interest in the property, subject to a usufruct in favor of deceased sibling's parents, if they are living.
