Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Louisiana
My father died 3 years ago and my mother paid $12000 dollars to get everything put in her name and the 4 children's name and now my mother passed and now he wants to charge $8000 dollars more to put it in the children's name. does that sound reasonable?

It does sound high.
The attorney who did the original estate work should have all of the information about the estate assets, and would just need to make changes in the original court documents.
