my father left me his house in his will, can i transfer it tomyname if my siblings sign off on it and how do i do it

You will need to open your father's succession, probate his will, and have yourself recognized as the owner of his home.

I agree with Maguire. You only have to probate the will and the Judgment of Possession will name you as owner. Your siblings have nothing to say about it unless there is more to this story than you reveal.
