Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Louisiana
My father passed a little over a month ago. My step mother say that he has a will, but will not give his children any information about it. What do I need to do, before she get rid of all of his posessions to make sure his children recieve a fair share.

You can open the succession or file a petition for authority from the Court to discover the will.
