Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Louisiana

Hi, my father passed away last year and has a vehicle that is paid for that I have been using lately. He lived in Louisiana and I reside in TX. I have a half brother and sister and he had no will, but we did do a Succession already as well. My mother and I are considering putting the vehicle in my name, but not sure what is required of us to do so and if we would need to include them. According to the Succession it states abaout my mother having one half share and me and my half siblings inherit an undivided one-third interest. It also comes back and states "however, to the legal usufruct in favor of my mother over decedent's share of community property, which inclues, but is not limited to the following.... in which the vehicle is listed amongst other items as well. Do my siblings have any say as well if the vehicle is tranferred to me? Where do we go from here?
