Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Louisiana
My father was given property by his father. My father died when I was 17 I am 45 now. My mother lives on that property and has obtained Medicaid. If she should die, will Medicaid take the property or will I have a say in my inheritence. State of Louisiana

Medicaid should have no say. However, when your dad died, you became owner of a portion of whatever your dad owned in the property. Your mom still had the use of it, but you owned it. Call a lawyer.
