My fathered died and his wife held secession on the property I was never notified and now I just learned she has his property for sale? Can I do anything?

It will depend on whether or not there was a will. If there was a will and your father left everything to her, then there is nothing you can do. If there was not a will, she can not dispose of real property without all heirs being notified. You can get copies of everything in the succession documents filed in the clerk of court in the parish in which your father died.

Go to the clerk of court in the parish your father lived/died in, and ask them to see his succession. You will learn what happened by reading that.
