how do i find out about a will?
My brother got sick in october 2005. he was in and out the hospital until his death in december 2005. Right before he died, he told me he needed to get his attorney up to the hospital to change some things in his will. He died a week later. After his death, his wife told us there was NO will and slipped up again later on and said he did have one. She is definatly hiding something and now she refusses to speak with any of us anymore.She would not let us speak with any of his doctors, etc... I need to know how I find out about his will to have some closure for my mother and myself. PLEASE, if you can help me in any way, I would be gratefull.

I sugest you contact his attorney. As an heir to your father's estate, he is bound to tell you if there was a will or not. His job is to get the heirs into possession of the property they were left in the will. Also, you could check at the courthouse and see if a succession was ever opened.
