I gave a sybling power of attorney over my mom and dads house does this mean i give up my share of the house?

A power of attorney allows the party it is given to to act in your stead. You can give it for a specific purpose or for everything. You would not lose your rights to your portion of the estate.

It depends on what powers you gave them. However a POA does not usually transfer property rights. A POA can also be immediately rescinded by the one granting it...... in other words, you can end it immediately.
