Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Louisiana
My grandmother just died and she has one birth son and two adopted children.She left her house in her adopted sons name.She went blind the month of May her adopted son says she signed some papers leaving him everything at the month of June. Is there anything that her other two kids can do about it?

You question begs many more questions than it answers. But basically, if she died without a will, all her kids, natural or adopted share and share alike.
