My grandmother has died without a will. She had two children, one surviving the other deceased. The deceased child had two children. How must my grandmother's assets be divided?

While you need to meet with an attorney, who can analyse all of the facts of the case, from what you have stated, the surviving child would receive 50% of the estate and the two surviving children would inherit the other 50% (25% each).
