Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Louisiana
My Grandmother passed away in Lafeyette La in july-2010 and she had 5 children but 3 are deseased. There is no will but she have a house and the land the house is on. I would like to know if the deceased children's child would get there mothers half of the house and the land????

No will and 5 children. The estate is split 5 ways unless there is a grandfather. Since you did not mention him, I assume he is not involved. If any of the 3 deceased children have children, then those children divide their parent's 1/5th interest equally.
