Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Louisiana
My grandparents owned quite a bit of land in Louisiana in the early 1900's. When my grandmother died in 1939, forced heirship was ignored. When my grandfather died in 1965, forced heirship was ignored. We have proof of this and would like to know if you could recommend an attorney that might be able to help us. Thank you very much.

However, it is always better to obtain your legal representation near where any research will be conducted and/or where any legal actions would be filed.
