Heirs

My mom wants to write a will & was told that she had to leave her property to all her children. All the children are over the age of 40, does she have to list these children in her will if she doesn't want to?

No. She can leave whatever she wants to whomever she wants.

Children are not forced heirs unless they are under the age of twenty-four or are disabled.
