Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Louisiana
My husband manipulated me into donating my home into his name so that we could take out a mortgage on it..this home was left to me by my father in a will who is deceased now.he is threatening me now and says i have to move because its his house.we are divorced now . can he do this?help

It will depend on what you actually signed and filed. If you made it community, then it is still half yours.
