A husband and a wife purchase property together and both names are on the deed the wife dies and the husband remarries. Can the husband will his portion of this property to his new wife if the husband has children non under age.(property consist of house This is in baton rouge louisiana
The house deed is in the husband and deceased wife name. The lots are only in the husband name but was purchase durning the marriage.The husband has 4 children by his deceased wife.
The new wife wants to donate her portion from the husband to her children.
