Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Louisiana
The Judge put a judgement on my brothers for the second time to have our property surveyed and appraised so that the land can be divided. The time limit was 30 days. What can I do if they continue to refuse to do anything.

File a Rule For Contempt. Brothers are in contempt of court for not obeying the judgement.
