how do i get a judgement of possession on a mobile home that my late husband left me but i have 3 step sons and 2 children of my own the 3 step sons are all grown and they all signed a power of attorney giving it to me

If the mobile home is on property that comes with it, then you have to open your late husband's succession and be put in possession. If you just want the mobile home and it is on rented property and can be moved as a movable, then the DMV has a form all heirs can fill out donating it to you. There is no such thing as a "power of attorney giving it to me."
