Judgment of Possession
Will I be able to tell if the Judgment of Possession accurately reflects the Last Will on which it was based or could some changes to the Last Will have been made through some legal interventions and the Judgment simply reflects the final result?

I am unfamiliar with a "Judgment of Possession" as the name of any particular form in the State of Colorado. Final probate orders (if that is what you are referring to) should reflect the intentions of the testator or testatrix as they were expressed in the Will, as amended by any Codicil(s) thereto.
In order to determine whether all of the provisions of the Will and Codicil(s) have been followed, I would need to read the "Judgment of Possession" and the associated estate or probate documents.
