Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Louisiana

Is it legal to execute a will without an attorney if no physical property is involved, but only bank accounts that include the deceased names, but siblings have full access and power over? The wills simply state to divide estate equally among siblings.

You can execute a will without a lawyer. In that case, the will must be written COMPLETELY in the hand of the person making the will. He must write the entire will in his own hand, no typing or printing from a computer and nobody else writing it for him. Think of the person on a sinking ship or the soldier in a foxhole who writes down a will on scrap of paper in his pocket when he thinks he is going to die. That will is valid.
