I live in heir property, is there any way to stop my sibblings from selling the house or trying to move in after I've established residency?

You have not provided enough information upon which to make a response - if you own the property outright, having been put in possession by judgment of possession in the succession of the owner of the property, the siblings would have no legal basis to sell the house or move in. If the house has not been transferred to anyone via the succession of the owner, you will need to open a succession and put the heirs in possession in accordance with the owner's will or by operation of law if there is no will. Pending final resulution of the succession and transfer of the property, the court will have to anwwer the question of who may live there. The property cannot be sold if a succession has not been opened.
