Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Louisiana

I live in Louisiana and have created an LLC and would like to know if I put my two cars, Land, and my home in the LLC, would my children have any legal means to inherit any of these items?

If you are the sole owner of the LLC, it would cease to exist when you die and all of the property would revert to your estate anyway. If there are other owners of the LLC, the property remains in the LLC. "Putting your property into the LLC" is also not as simple as you seem to think. You can't just designate that your property belongs now to an LLC. There have to be arms length sales, approval for mortgages and loans, etc. It sounds like what you really need is to sit down with a lawyer and discuss your business and estate planning needs.
