Is a living trust agreement legal in Louisiana? What is the Louisiana Trust Code. Is it R.S.9:1721 et seq in Sabine Parish as it is in Caddo?

A living trust is valid in Louisiana, but for a number of reasons they don't work as well here as they do in other states.
The Louisiana Trust Code applies staewide, and your citation is correct.
