How long do you have to wait for a creditor's response in a succession in the state of LA?

There is no simple answer to your question. It depends on what kind of a creditor it is, how much the debt is, and if there are enough assets to pay all of the creditors.
In my experience, most of the creditors can be dealt with within ninety days or so. The ones who refuse or neglect to present their claims, or will not agree on an amount, can be ruled into court and forced to prove their claims.
