Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Louisiana

If there is a second marriage and children on both sides, and usufruc is given in a will to spouse and the other spouse is deceased. all the monies that are in a savings are put in the living spouses name. when they die does it go to just there children are is there something that can be done in a will that all monies remaining after both deceases will be split equally between all the children not just the last one to die's children.

If the surviving spouse was only given usufruct over the property, the children of the spouse who died first inherited that money. They would own their parent's portion of that money. You need to get all of the account information and the documents from the first succession and bring them to an attorney in your area immediately.
