Mom died & left will naming my brother & I 50/50 heirs to estate. Brother was named executor of estate & is stealing ,how can i force him to give an accounting now & prior to JOP

You need to file a motion for an accounting in succession suit.

Get an attorney and file for an accounting and get an order restraining him from doing anything further until the accounting is completed. Most successions never have to be administrated.
