After my mother died her brother'my uncle' rewrote my gromothers will.my grandmother is stll living and when my mpother was living, back in 2000 my grandmpother gave power of attorney to my mother and uncle.should have the old will remained,should have i have her right of of attorney

The will and power of attorney are two separate things. Only your grandmother can sign or make a will or give power of attorney. If she is unable to do so-no one else can. In order to handle an incapacitated persons affairs, an interdiction proceeding must be filed.
