Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Louisiana
When my mother died the estate did not go through probate. My father passed away 10 years ago, in order to properly divide the estate would there have to be more than one probate.

Both can be done at the same time. Thus would save on court costs and be a lot easier than doing separate probates.
