Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Louisiana
My mother passed away. The house her and my father lived in was inherited from her parents. If my mom and dad took out a mortgage on that house in both their names, what part do I inherit. Also my father has remarried and they are living in the house. Does that change anything?

According to YOUR FACTS, your mom owns the house subject to the mortgage. You inherit your share of your mom's estate. If you are the only child, then you inherit it all. However, if your dad and mom were married during all this time, he gets the use of any community property.
