Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Louisiana
My mother passed away in 2006 with no will. There are nine living children. One Sister wants to buy the others out and keep the property in the family as a vacation spot for all. What should I do to have this done?

Your mothers succession will have to be opened, and the children recognized as the legal owners. Once that is done, you can do a buyout, in which your sister buys out the shares of the others.
