my mother and her sister are both dead but their is an mmoible home that involve in an dispute . I found a note saying my aunt gave mine mother this trailer but it is not notierty. what will happen to the trailer do my aunt children have rights to this property?

If title was not in your mother's name and the document giving the property was not notarized, it was never transferred. Your aunt's heirs would have right to it.
