Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Louisiana

My mother-in-law passed away about 3 years ago. A succession was done on the property. Can one heir move into the home without the consent of the other heirs? If not, and one heir has done so, what would the other heirs have to do in order to have her removed? If all of the heirs did agree for oen of heirs to move into the home but did not want her elderly son living there with her, do the other heirs have a right to prevent her son from moving in?

You may all occupy the property with anyone you choose. You own it in common. However, in Louisiana, no one can be forced to own property together. You can force a division or a sale through court proceedings.
