Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Louisiana

My mothers house is in my name only. Her will sates the house should be divided between all of her children when she dies. If the house is in my name only, does this mean the house still has to be divided all of the children since it is no longer in her name. I am the executor the the will?

If she does not own a house, what house does she have to will to her children? The only question I have is how did the house get into your name? If it was done solely so the tax payers could pay for her care, then I have a personal problem with anyone getting the house other than the tax payers who are footing her bills. If she donated the house to you because of her love and affection for you, and your siblings are all over 23 years of age and of sound mind at the time she dies, then there is no house to divide. Since you only asked about the house, I assume she does not have much, and if that is the case, there probably is no reason for the estate to be managed by an executor.
